Xportrait provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate artistic portraits from uploaded photos. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to harm.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

4. Credits and Refunds

Credits are purchased to use the generation features.All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a technical failure preventing the delivery of the Service, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the images generated by the AI for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Xportrait shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
